Optomos is equipped with infrared LEDs on the input and Photo Diode Array (hereinafter called "PDA") and MOSFETs on the output. The input and output are electrically isolated with resin.
They are applied to a variety of end-products, including semiconductor tester contact switchings and security devices contact outputs. Our lineup includes products for semiconductor testers featuring ultra-small packages, low Ron, and low Coff, as well as a wide range of packages and general purpose products featuring large currents and high off-voltages.
