A monitoring relay is a device that detects the abnormal or dangerous state of defective circuit or equipment or other power system, and then initiates the corresponding control circuit action. It can comprehensively monitor the power system, monitor the phase sequence-loss, phase imbalance, over/undervoltage and current of the power system.
