CR1T range, standard AC single phase solid state relay, has its semiconductor COMS chip with SCR anti-parallel welded on the ceramic and copper substrate, so as to keep good thermal conductivity. Pouring sealant is encapsulated inside. Input status green LED, output with RC and VDR as an option. Random or zero-cross conduction mode are available.
